FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- “How much does it cost?” - The average amount of lessons according to the DVSA is 45 hours of lessons and 22 hours private pratice, (own car not required). Please feel free to contact Sarah for the latest prices and offers, but please remember when comparing prices and driving instruction to consider the following points:-
- “Am I tied in?” – Sarah does not ask you to sign any contract, but to stop any miscommunications Sarah does have a set of terms of business which is given to you on your first lesson to take away and read. Only two days notice is required to cancel without charge.
- “Has the business retained my money until I take my test?” - Sarah does not charge ‘silly’ prices but sets a sensible weekly payable charge.
- “Do I get one to one tuition?” Yes its one-to-one teaching, you are the only pupil in the car. Sarah never picks up another pupil during your lesson, as it’s your money and your teaching time.
- “Will the instructor teach my style of learning?” Yes most definitely, you will be assessed to see if you are an activist, reflector, theorist or a pragmatist. Sarah will adapt her teaching to your learning style.
- “I have unique skills will I be able to learn to drive?” Sarah is experience in teaching pupils with either of the following: High functioning Autism /Dyslexia/Dyspraxia so providing you hold a legal provisional driving Licence Sarah will do her best to assist your abilities in learning to drive.
- What are the terms & conditions of the business? - please feel free to drop Sarah your email address and she will gladly email a copy over to you for perusal.
- Does the business sell my data? - your data is not sold to a third party. Your personal data will remain secure & will be treated confidentially under the General Data Protection Regulation (2018). A full copy of the GDPR policy is available via email.
